Born on February 18, 1961, in Polyanovka of Zhytomyr region (Ukrainian SSR). In 1991 he finished studies in Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (class of Aleksandr Galperin) and worked at Mosfflm and the Odessa Film Studio. From 1997 to 2002 he worked as DoP on TV. In 2000 Sergey Mokritsky cofounder of the “CHBK-Film” movie studio. From 2005 he cooperates with the “New People” film company. He is a member of the Russia’s Cinematographers Union and a member of the European Federation of Cinematographers IMAGO (R.G.C.). As a cinematographer, he is known for the films Playing the Victim by Kirill Serebrennikov and Parallel Voices and Diamonds. Theft by Rustam Khamdamov. In 2007 Sergey Mokritsky made his directional debut with series Special Group (2007). His Protest Day (2012) had its premiere at Sochi Russian Open film festival. Battle for Sevastopol (2015) was a breakthrough for Mokritsky. The WWII drama was succesed in festival around the world, film recieved 8 nominations of the national film academy Golden Eagle (incl. Best film and Best directing), two Nika awards nominations and ranked as top-5 national box office hits of the year. It was followed next year by war drama I’m a Teacher premiered at the Beijing film festival. Sergey Mokritskiy’s latest work Rough Draft is based on fantastic novel by Sergey Lukyanenko.
 
 
Kirsi Tykkyläinen
Finland
 
Graduated from University of Helsinki (1976) with master degree in Arts. From 1976 to 1983 was a lecturer in Russian Language and Literature at the University of Helsinki. For about 20 years she headed International Department of the Finnish Film Foundation and then worked as Cultural Counsellor of the Embassy of Finland in Moscow and as the Director of Cultural Centre of Finland in St. Petersburg (2011 - 2012). She was a Program director of the Moscow Film Festival (2007) and Artistic Director of the International Film Festival in St. Petersburg (2012 - 2013). Since 2018 Kirsi Tykkyläinen worked as Program Director of the International Festival of Debut and Student Films Nachalo / Beginning. 
Wildly known for her multiply appearances in Aki Kaurismaaki films, such as Take Care of Your Scarf, Tatiana (1994) and as a member of Leningrad Cowboys rock band (appeared in Aki Kaurismaaki’s Leningrad Cowboys Meet Moses (1994). She also took a small part in Aleksander Rogozhkin’s Peculiarities of the National Fishing (1997), a sequel to his cult hit.
 
Hong Sang Woo

He graduated in Russian language from the Hankuk University of Foreing Studies and film studies from the Russian State Institute of Cinematography with PhD thesis about Vasily Shukshin’s characters.
Hong Sang Woo is the professor of Russian language and literature of Gyeongsang National University. His academic works include «Film Study» (2006), «World Cinema Journey» (2008) and korean adaptation of «Editing» by Sergey Eisenstein (2007).
Multiple jury member in various international film festivals, including NETPAC Jury of the 34th Moscow International Film Festival and 19th Jeonju International Film Festival, iternational jury of the Tashkent International Film Forum of short films, and the 9th Almaty International Film.
