Born in Istanbul in 1981. He lived in Tel Aviv between 1982–1986. He graduated from New York University. His experimental shorts were screened at many international film festivals. He co-founded Kamara Production Company in 2011. His short film “Unmade Bed”, co-produced by Sartoris Film in Poland, screened in Antalya and Istanbul film festivals. “Albüm», the first feature film he produced, co-produced by Arte France, won the Visionary Award at the Semaine de la Critique in Cannes 2016, Best Feature at Sarajevo IFF and Best First Feature at Jerusalem IFF. Eytan also edited “Overtime”, “Labour Power Plant”, “Mimarogğlu”, etc.
