The story of Andrei Borzenko, a Soviet boxer who passed through the Buchenwald concentration camp, is a real-life confirmation that the fortitude of the human spirit can work wonders. Borzenko conducted more than 80 bouts and was never defeated, even though he had to exist in horrible conditions that were practically incompatible with life.
